Lil’ Chick Pet Sitters Rates & Services

DOG WALKING –Minimum 45 minute visit
Base rate is $24 per visit for one dog. $5 additional for all additional dogs/pets.
We never walk more than two dogs at a time.

Please let us know in advance if you have more than 3 dogs that need walking so we can give you a quote for walking the third pet separately.

CATS/FISH/BIRDS/SMALL FURRY PETS
Cats, Kittens, House Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Domestic Rats., ETC
Rate is $20 per visit.
Included in the rate is feeding, cleaning litter, refreshing water, play time, mail pick up, rotating house light, curtains and watering some indoor plants. We also offer in our home boarding for these cuties.

We do offer a small discount if more than 2 visits are required a day at $15 per visit.
Price includes first 3 cats/pets.
Each additional pet please call for a quote.

PET TAXI for regular clients only. $35.00 per hour or fraction of- from the time we arrive at the starting location (Your Home, Vet, Pet Store, etc.). till we get to the final destination (home, Vet etc).

MAJOR HOLIDAYS Base rate plus $10. Advance reservations of minimum two weeks required.

50% Cancelation fee for major holidays if cancelation is within one week from start of pet sit.

OVERNIGHT
Dogs: $75 a night for up to 5 pets but never more than 2 dogs. All additional pets add another $5. Discounts available for booking 5 or more nights in a row.

BOARDING- Cats, Hamster, Guinea pigs, Bunnies, etc
$25 a night per cage. Please call for pricing as it depends on the pet, duration of boarding required and what needs to be done.
We do require advance notice as we have limited space. All animals must have carriers. Bunnies must be litter box trained.

PETS & MEDICATION No charge for limited care and medical assistance.

PAYMENT METHOD – Currently we only accept CASH and CHECK
All payment due 15 days from invoice date.
All checks MUST BE MADE OUT TO LIL’ CHICK PET SITTERS.
Cash payments will receive a receipt in the form or an email or a paper receipt.

LATE FEES **There is a 10% late fee for all bills not paid within 15 business days. And a 10% late fee assessed for each month invoice remains unpaid. All collection fees, attorney fee for collections to be paid by the client.

PET SITTING CONTRACT MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED PRIOR TO START OF ANY PET SIT ASSIGNMENT.
